1-Pentagon Credit and Lending Corporation has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Manila City & Cavite and surrounding areas as internal audit officer with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Accounting/Finance & Audit & Taxation.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱18,000 - ₱25,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Job Qualification:

A graduate of finance and accounting related course
Must have adequate communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have a skill in conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Job Description:

A. Examine the procedure, and internal control to ensure records and processes are accurate and adequate to protect the Company from fraud.

B. Discloses and reports audit findings, thus, preventive and corrective measure will be made.

C. Coordinates and submits audit reports to the Human Resource Department for employees who have caused infractions for proper documentation and action.

D. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential information and sensitive issues.

E. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

F. Auditing of ATM’s PDC’s and other mode of payment specially Gcash from Billing and Recovery.

G. Supporting the accounting and auditing Collection team in their daily Collection, monthly.

H. Verifying Accounting daily monthly disbursement Releases and Opex.

I. Preparing audit reports and statement for Department managers issues.

J. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

K. Prepare observation results which will instigate process improvements to help solve important problems.

L. Demonstrate knowledge on basic financial auditing procedures

M. Interact with virtual team members on a timely basis and create good working relationships and authorized to check and investigate to all departments for auditing purposes.
