For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Japanese Inhouse Customer Service Associate (With 13th month pay + Work Onsite) and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱80,000 - ₱90,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Requirements
- JLPT N1 – N2 Passer/Level

- Graduate of any 4-year course in College or in University or its equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Answers queries from the Customer Service queue to ensure continuous learning of the
- Company’s processes.
- Receives incoming calls, emails, and chat from customers in a professional, timely and
- appropriate manner.
- Provides accurate resolution to all customers’ needs that is within predefined guidelines.
- Answers transferred calls from the CS team regarding transactions that are currently on review
- or resulted in dissatisfaction due to the review process.
