The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Our awesome client, a leading Australian provider of accounting and financial services is looking for LEAD ACCOUNTANT to be part of their team.

Role Summary

To provide optimal client service with the provision of quality, timely and cost effective accounting and business services. Key tasks include responsibility for leadership, technical competence, commercial acumen, business a development and the preparation of various financial statements, tax returns and BAS returns. The position also requires coaching and support of less experienced accounting staff. Responsible for client relationships – proactively works to establish and maintain effective client relationships and continually looks for ways to add value.

Key Responsibilities of this role will include:

– Preparation of income tax returns

– Preparation of financial statements

– Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

– Reconciliation of profit and loss accounts

– Preparation of journal entries

– Preparation of bookkeeping reconciliations and reports

– Preparation of BAS

– Preparation of Fringe Benefits Tax returns & review

– Reconciliation of wages

– Preparation of PAYG payment summaries and / or review

– Preparation of workers compensation declarations and / or review

– Assisting accounting team members with tasks

– Assisting administration team members with tasks

– Review of ATO notice of assessments and other correspondence

– Liaising with ATO and other government bodies

– Preparation of invoices & review

– Compliance with job timeline and work flow processes

– Maintaining workflow reporting & productivity

– WIP management

– Full participation in team meetings

– Providing technical assistance to team members

– Providing procedural assistance to team members

– Comply with all the relevant Cutcher & Neale Policies and Procedures

In addition to the above responsibilities you may also be directed to perform other reasonable duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, but within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying a position at this level.



  • Must be an Accounting Major graduate
  • With 2 years or more AU Accounting experience
  • Must have working knowledge in XERO accounting system

  • Interpersonal skills
