We are hiring for the position of Lead Generations with full time working hours for our company office, Cloudstaff Philippines Inc., for residents of Pampanga (Angeles City) and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and at least a Not Specified or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will find leads using desk research, developing a system to regularly check sources such as trade journals, news articles, local building authority websites, permit searches, social media (LinkedIn, Twiter), annual reports, etc.


• Triage leads for suitability:

• Making sure the article/information is recently posted and the newest information available.

• Ensuring the project meets set criteria.

• Making sure the project is in the focused sectors.

• Research the lead and collaborate multiple sources of information for the project.

• Develop experience and gut feel of a good lead.

• Attend training programs as required.

• Work collaboratively with Synergi Business Development team to research leads.

• Attend weekly Stage 1 meetings with Manager to review details and progress of the opportunities.

• Construction/architecture industry experience is beneficial but not required

• Excel experience is required

• Ability to read and write English proficiently

• Some proficiency with SalesForce CRM
