We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Mine Manager. For candidates who reside in Surigao del Norte & Zamboanga Del Sur (Pagadian) and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at TVI Resource Development Phils., Inc. and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Position : Mine Manager
Project Site : Siana Gold Project, Tubod, Surigao del Norte
Balabag Gold-Silver Project, Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur
Requirement : Two (2) vacant positions are available
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Licensed Mining Engineer
- At least 10 years relevant work experience in open pit operations
- Profound technical knowledge on mine operations, engineering, geology, and dewatering
- Proficient technical expertise in mine planning and design, mine statistics an analysis, and mine surveying
- Excellent management and people handling skills
- Excellent supervisory, communications, and presentation skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages each section of the department and makes sure that the operating procedures are being implemented:
- Mine operations
- Mine planning
- Mine engineering
- Mine geology
- Mine dewatering
- Manages the personnel in the execution of ore mining processes.
- Manages the personnel in establishing a mine plan for the project
- Manages personnel in implementing grade control sampling procedures in the field.
- Implement and oversee the execution of the approved mining plan/s in conformity with Environmental Protection Plans/Programs and safety policies and programs.
