We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! We are looking for an individual to help keep the operations of the organization running smoothly and help in organizing the day-to-day activities of the organization.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMLocation: The Arcade, M.L Quezon National Highway, Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City
Job Description
  • Organizing and servicing meetings for all Executives and Directors
  • Sending agendas, taking minutes of the meeting, and sending out to all concerns
  • Filing of documents (Transmittal, Building Memo, etc.)
  • Taking charge of the board room arrangements and schedules
  • Assisting the HR Department in Onboarding Process (Checking requirements, handling documents for payroll accounts, etc.)
  • Organizing and maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stocks and depleted supplies.
  • Coordinating with the HR Assistant on every office event and activities
  • Collecting receipts for petty cash reimbursement of Cebu Employees.
  • Maintaining the department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel
  • Arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Assisting in billing preparation of the company and clients
  • Assisting in collecting and depositing collections/payments
  • Assisting in collecting invoices, receipts, DR, and the like and coordinating with the Main Office in Mandaluyong City.
  • Keeping the office area neat (office management).
  • Candidates must possess at least a vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, College level, Bachelor’s / College Degree, in any field.

  • Has the ability to produce the quality of work (detail-oriented)
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
