The Role
As an Online Account Opening Assistant, you will verify the submitted documents if acceptable and complete. Assess if client is allowed to open an account. Perform all verification needed prior account opening. Perform video interview via MS Teams, if necessary. Open the account in CRM. Upload temporary USSC in SVS. Inform client of account details.
How you’ll contribute
- All applications received should be processed the following day.
- Applications are properly verified to ensure that documents are complete, and KYC was properly performed to avoid opening of fictious accounts.
- No duplicate creation of BBN for existing client and client details is properly encoded in CRM.
- Observe the confidentiality of the records, reports and other information through proper filing and safekeeping of documents (hard and/or soft copies) and prevent any unauthorized disclosures.
- Ensure compliance with all the existing policies and regulations both internal and external to ensure error-free processing and prevent undue risks/potential losses.
