We are offering a salary of ₱22,000 - ₱26,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. The Payroll Specialist handles payroll duties such as reviewing timekeeping, handling payouts, and maintaining accurate records of all payroll transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the entire payroll process from start to finish, including tasks such as timekeeping, calculating pay, processing transactions, and maintaining records
- Ensures that payroll-related documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with government mandates
- Addresses and resolves employee complaints regarding payroll systems or transactions
- Manages and administers mandatory employee benefits such as SS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- Processes employee contributions and facilitates timely remittance to relevant government agencies
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or other related fields
- Preferably has experience in finance or accounting-related positions
- Must work onsite in Makati; priority will be given to candidates who live in Makati or are willing to relocate
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals
