JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provides reliable support to the concerned Project Development head in ensuring seamless execution of activities from project concentualization to after-launch stages.
- Assist in Preparation, management and monitoring of project budget.
- Preparation of market, feasibility, and financial studies.
- Various other tasks related to project development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Industrial), Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Real Estate (Project Development)
- 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
