We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Primary Objective of the Role   

  • Plan and coordinate the execution of the building strategy.
  • Acts as the main person in charge of construction project coordination and collaboration with the project owner, consultants, contractors/sub-contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • In charge of the creation of construction project timelines and project requirements (documentation, plans, resources–manpower, material, equipment, permits, etc.) and ensuring these are strictly followed by all stakeholders of the project (internal and external).

Key Responsibilities

Project / Construction Management

  • Project Planning: Lead the development of project scope, goals, and deliverables, create project plans, and establish timelines and budgets.
  • Project Execution: Oversee project progress, ensure that all project requirements are met, and make necessary adjustments to the project plan.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop contingency plans to address them, and manage risks across the portfolio of projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, changes to the project plan, and any risks or issues that arise.
  • Team Management: Manage project teams, including setting expectations, providing direction, and resolving conflicts.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that best practices are followed across the portfolio of projects.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple projects, prioritize project work based on strategic objectives, and optimize resource utilization across the organization.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, including project schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.

Value-driven analysis

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with key highlights of the commercial programs (facts & figures and dashboards)
  • Prepare business plans, business case analyses, company-specific financial analyses, profiles, and due diligence.
  • Prepare market analysis reports to support the building and growth strategy.

Key Qualifications/Experience   

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, including experience leading large, complex projects and teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or Asana, etc.
  • Other relevant certifications are a plus.

Schedule: 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
