We are pleased to inform you that our company office, King Properties is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Project Staff (Juanito I. King Foundation, Inc.) and able to work under full time working hours system.
We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles activities of Mobile Dental Van to include but not limited to scheduling of Dental Missions, Dentists availability and Schedules. Documentation and Reportorial requirements both internal and external.
- Able to establish, handle and maintain linkages and networking from different sectors
- Patient, Trustworthy, responsible and with initiative and high problem solving skills
- Should be compassionate and able to sincerely handle marginalized and disadvantaged communities according to Vision, Mission and Goals of JIKFI
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course in the Allied Sciences such as Psychology, Social Work and Medical-related Fields
- with at least 1 year experience in a related field of work
- With experience in Dental Missions is an advantage
- With Marketing Background and experience in establishing and maintaining Network Linkages
- Involved in different areas of Community Engagement and is familiar with Community Development Work
- Good verbal and written communication skills
