We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Job Description:

  •  The center of communication between Property, Customer Advocacy, Collections and Construction Teams relevant to the turn over of the units  
  • Addresses all buyers queries and requests via email and phonecalls
  • Scheduling of inspection, site visits, turn over and repairs based on construction completion and LR requirements. Constantly communicates with both departments (CAD and CMT) to ensure timely turn over and proper management of buyers expected schedules
  • Prepares and collates the turn over kit on an individual basis given the different configurations of the horizontal and vertical units
  • Coordination of all set schedules with the site team
  • Preparation of Buyers Action Forms which outline specific requests buyers might have on their purchased units during the construction phase and ensures that all stipulated conditions before, during and after construction are adhered to
  • Preparation of clearances and routing for signature to specific departments (CAD and Collections) prior to hand over of unit  
  • Assist in collecting and invoicing making sure proper channeling, receipting and remittance is done in adherence to company procedures
  • Collation of all buyer filled out forms on site for submissions to different parties and documenting on file to ensure completeness of prepared hand over kits
  • Assist in hand over of units on site from time to time especially VIP units ensuring units are properly checked, cleaned and ready prior to turn over.
  • Notes down all buyers findings, requests and complaints at the time of hand over and ensure proper chanelling for immediate resolve
  • Aide in site property activities for logistics, pre-preparations and actual event
  • Constant monitoring of buyers dockets ensuring all documents relevant to turn over are already inputted and all issues properly documented
  • Assist Property Group Head in and by efficiently coordinating instructions between security, maintenance, staff and 3rd party providers for activities, requests and tasks within the sites. Should be efficient in preparing team calendars an
  • Efficient filing of all forms, reports, schedules and documents for easy retrieval and reference
  • Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications: 

  • Must be a college graduate
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word) and knowledge in general office tools/technology
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the Property Management field
  • Highly organized and can handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and detail oriented
  • Willing to be assigned in Laguna and Cavite projects
