Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD-NCR) has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Central Visayas and surrounding areas as social welfare assistant (center clerk) with work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Not Specified and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support.

Primary Tasks:

1. Under immediate supervision and performs highly skilled clerical function;

2. Performs clerical works such as typing, recording, posting and other clerical task;

3. Performs skilled clerical tasks such as preparation of certificates, endorsements,

special orders, and correspondence;

4. Prepares project proposals and financial reports;

5. Prepares/submits regular administrative reports (monthly, quarterly, semestral and

annual);

6. Maintains monitoring reports;

7. Maintains and keeps records related to the functions and services;

8. Performs/takes minutes of staff and committee meetings;

9. Attend meetings, seminars and conferences; and

10. Performs other assigned tasks.

Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% of the maximum total score on ETE
