Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as SOCIAL WELFARE ASSISTANT. Primary Tasks:

  1. Conducts interviews to clienteles; 

  2. Provides psychosocial interventions such as counseling, family therapy, critical incidence, stress debriefing and family conferences;

  3. Prepares project proposals, social case study reports, monitoring, assessment reports;

  4. Validates supporting documents of minors for the issuance of travel clearance;

  5. Prepares notice of certificate of travel and summary report for submission to Central Office;

  6. Refers clients to concerned LGUs, NGOs and POs for further intervention and assistance;

  7. Assists social worker in her work load and management of cases;

  8. Monitors projects per beneficiaries;

  9. Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% of the maximum total score on ETE
