LIAISON AND SURETY BOND OFFICER is responsible for the preparation and submission of Surety Bond to Bureau of Customs. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration to clients and team. Coordinating and responding to day to day inquiry and updates on Surety Bond. Maintain operational efficiency and brand reputation.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidates must be a graduate of Customs Administration or any equivalent degree.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly in Word and Excel), with good communication skills, interpersonal skills, focus on detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive and result-oriented, organized, and willing to go the extra mile for personal and career growth.
- With previous working experience in Surety Bond processing and knowledge of the following is a plus: Tariff Classification, Computation of Duties and Taxes, and Customer Service.
- With driving license is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling day-to-clay Surety Bond Customs Processing.
- Coordinate and report to Operations Coordinator and Director for Operations on status updating and give a tentative date of bond approval.
- Review documents submitted by clients if acceptable and complete for processing.
- Drop and/or Pick Up Import documents to different client offices, including documents for General Transportation and Surety Bond (GTSB).
- Answer phone calls and give timely updates to valued clients and perform other jobs that may be assigned hired from time to time.
