This is a full-time, office-based role in Cebu City.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to be assigned to our client, providing recruitment assistance. You will provide a wide range of administrative support and collaborate with the Australian team to ensure that the business meets the high level of quality, service and compliance standards when sourcing high-quality candidates for their clients


I. Recruitment Administration

– Coming up with and executing new, innovative, and creative ways to attract talent and fill vacancies.

– Assist the Talent Acquisition Business Manager in end-to-end recruitment

– Headhunting if required for talent on LinkedIn and Seek Talent Search using LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek’s employer platform.

– Building proactive talent strategies through networking and continues head hunting activity.

– Create and manage all HR documents throughout the group of companies.

– Develop, execute, and govern policies and procedures relating to talent acquisition and onboarding and inductions. This is to ensure all new staff member throughout the country is set up for success and their managers know what required and expected.

II. Onboarding & Training

– Working with hiring managers to coordinate all new staff’s onboarding and training journey to ensure they are clear and confident in their roles.

– Work with managers to tweak and improve onboarding and induction material.

– Organising all tools and equipment new staff will need to perform their role. Ensuring their entire work environment is ready for them.

– Communicating with the existing team on any new staff joining their team to ensure they feel welcome and accepted.

– Support business leaders in coordinating formal training programs run throughout the group such as management and leadership training.

II. Marketing

– Collating new staff’s bio and profile information and posting on each company’s website, plus managing & updating existing staff profiles

– Managing all social media platforms for each company within the group and posting engaging content weekly.

– Using digital marketing tools like google and social media platforms to attract exceptional talent

– Manage all style guides and use of logo’s throughout the group.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or relevant work experience
  • 3 + years professional services recruitment operations and administration experience
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including the ability to lead, influence and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to bring about effective payroll processing and reporting functionality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well-developed report writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and possess a track record in identifying and implementing process improvements driving efficiencies while still maintaining the required level of governance.
  • High-level proficiency in a range of computer-based applications including Microsoft Office programs Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and share knowledge with others.
  • Self-starter with initiative, to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, and a commitment to working respectfully with individuals.
