We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to support our Technical Team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about understanding user needs and pain points and working with cross-functional partners to simplify complex problems and ship elegant solutions that help influence process improvements, best-practice sharing, and standardization across the organization. You will serve as the driving force behind the success of every key project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consolidates/encodes all requests for technical support: product demo (per Product Demo Slip from Sales personnel), installation and training (per Sales Coordinator), repair service (from Customers or Sales personnel), for scheduling and assignment of Technical Support personnel by Technical Supervisor.
- Coordinates with Head of Production, Warehouse and Distribution vehicle requirements for Product Demo.
- Informs and confirms schedule of repair service with Customers.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, set and manage technical support expectations, and report against crucial milestones
- Provides proactive customer satisfaction & relationship management
- Participate in end-to-end delivery of Products and Services to client from delivery, and implementation to after-sales services
- Maintains an updated and accurate Service Database.
- Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
