Job Description:
- Communicates with candidates on the documentation needs and other information as necessary.
- Verifies the validity of documents.
- Monitors the fulfilment of the documentation requirements.
- Conducts a briefing before deployment.
- Prepares weekly updates and reports as needed by management or the client.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Collaborates with partners and offices of outside parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
- At least 2-4 years overseas recruitment agency experience
- Excellent in English communication skills (oral and written)
- Familiar in handling documentation process
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Willing to work in Makati City
