Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Validation Section Manager. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Conducts Annual Product Reviews / quality metrics, as per client’s requirements.
2.Directly manages the execution of manufacturing process validation projects assigned to.
3.Conducts process validation activities in close coordination with the supporting departments.
4.Supervise non-process validation activities such as utilities, equipment, facilities, computer systems and cleaning methods.
In addition:
Provides the leadership and ensures that the plant installations and processes are in-line with best practices on hygienic standard. Participates in the development of the organization’s hygienic implementation strategies, goals, and objectives in accordance with regulatory and client standards to assure that all products produced meet company and regulatory microbiological standards.
·College Education with BS (Chemistry/Chemical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy/Industrial Pharmacy, Biology) and passed the Government Licensure Examination.
·At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
