Our company CVM LAND INC. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Rizal (others) and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Building/Construction & Property/Real Estate, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of accounts management associate and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Account Servicing
- Entertains client concerns and addresses them to the concerned department.
- Promptly provides feedback to customers on what steps have been done to address their concerns.
- Sending of welcome letters to new reservation accounts.
- Addresses buyer’s concerns.
2. Sales Documentation
- Pre-qualification and evaluation of accounts for loan delivery.
- Processing and monitoring of housing loan applications.
- Filing of documents.
- Prepares the Contract to Sell, Deed of absolute sale, and other developers documents.
- Collection of documents.
3. Collection of payment
- Control of inventory
- Follows up remittance of payments to ensure that the account remains restructuring.
- Collects and monitors the payment of clients.
- Generates statement of accounts
- Sending demand and notices to delinquent accounts.
4. Handling of customer query
- Recommends cancellation of past due accounts not eligible for restricting
- Generates statement of account in coordination with accounting
- Facilitate buyer’s required equity and amortization
- Coordinates with other department for the servicing of customer requests.
5. Request of commission/incentives
- Initiates request for sellers’ commissions
6. Coordination with financial institutions
7. Coordination with Pag-IBIG
8. Prepare and process the accreditation with other financial institution
9. Execution of policies
10. Assist in the house turnover
11. Annotation of titles
12. Site tripping of prospective buyers
