JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Operations Officer will support the operations department in overseeing the highest quality services across the organization’s delivery areas. He/She will be responsible in providing support to Operation team and Management by developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic operational management and development
- Quality Assurance
- Contract monitoring & Compliance.
- Interdepartmental Coordination
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in BS Pharmacy / Pharmacy / another related course or licensed Pharmacist.
- Experience working in Pharmaceutical/Retail Industry
- With proven experience as Operations Officer or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and support the development of solutions.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Strong business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- An eye for attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information.
