We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱22,000 - ₱25,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to fill the role of Branch Head. As the Branch Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the assigned branch, focusing on Sales Achievements, Customer Experience, People Development, and Process Improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leadership Role:
- Ensure smooth Store operations and provide an exceptional Customer experience journey.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop talent through personalized development plans.
- Foster a learning culture by initiating and recommending relevant trainings, seminars, and workshops.
Store Operations:
- Implement Sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate and communicate Marketing promos and discounts to Team Members.
- Understand both the product and service needs for both walk-ins and enterprise Clients.
- Monitor and ensure availability of the products carried by the Branch.
- Safeguard store operations by strictly implementing programs, operational policies, and procedures.
- Identify and adapt to current and future customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure a safe and clean Store environment, prioritizing the safety of Employees and Customers.
- Reinforce confidentiality and security of files and database.
- Protect the image and interests of the Company at all times.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Education/Experience:
- University Degree in any four-year Business course.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor, preferably in the Retail industry.
- Strong Leadership, Planning, and Decision-Making Skills.
- Negotiation and Customer Service Skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and keen attention to details.
- Willingness to be assigned in SM SAN PEDRO.
