- Research and analysis on the real estate industry and its competitive landscape in order to improve the marketability and profitability of its different properties and projects.
- Create business plans on new project ventures and investments.
- Coordinate with the SBU Heads and Fin for variance analysis reports, and to review the financial performance of the projects.
- Conduct studies and give technical inputs and analysis for the current and proposed products in the business plan
- Study and recommend applicable financing schemes, price adjustments and sales targets in coordination with the Marketing & Finance Team
- Implements proposed plans and programs in close supervision of the COO
- Conceptualize, develop and create strategies, policies, projects and procedures that will increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of leasing areas
- Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions in order to ensure improvement of the performance of tenants, tenancy and leasing operations for the purpose of actualizing target rental income budget and planned occupancy levels.
- Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions or other related regulations, company policies and procedures, and practices that have been established.
