As a competent company, we ePERFORMAX Contact Centers Corporation are looking for candidates for the position of facilities associate / technician (roxas) with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree, experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and domiciled in Capiz and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱13,000 - ₱16,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping activities, reservations and events
  • Do complete facility walkthrough, headcount and seatcount
  • Facilitate Inventory of janitorial and facilities department supplies
  • Prepare and process payment requests for 3rd party vendors
  • Work with EAM on the asset management and inventory
  • Filing and processing of permits with PEZA and BOC
  • Prepare and submit reports and requests to government agencies as required
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in the enforcement of guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field. Additional certification or training in Facilities Management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in procurement, admin or related field. Experience in a Purchasing Department is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and systems, including computers, printers and telecommunications
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, external service providers including government officials.
  • Ability to identify and resolve procurement-related issues efficiently. Resourcefulness and adaptability in handling unexpected situations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Willingness to provide support and assistance to colleagues when needed.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
