We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱14,000 - ₱18,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

COMMUNITY BASED SOCIAL WORKER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Worker
- Open to Fresh graduate
- With a License is a plus
- Conform to life-giving values of the Scripture.

Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month

Job descriptions:
- Handle case assignments and review case progress.
- Assist and support Community and Outreach Manager (COM) of Community Outreach Program (COP) in administration and documentation.
- Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient and child centered.
- Conduct partners, community, and client visits to ensure the monitoring of the project implementation.
- Facilitate trainings and advocacy sessions.
- Promotes quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes.
- Record cases information and produce statistical records.
- Give recommendation to the COP Manager through evaluation and assessment reports.
- Regularly attends team meeting, facilitates partnership meetings in assigned area to discuss and address community concerns.
- Submit monthly reports and tasks as assigned by the COM.
