Phil. Ecology Systems Corp. has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Zambales (Olongapo City) and surrounding areas as company nurse with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Healthcare & Practitioner/Medical Asst.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Qualifications
- Registered nurse with valid license from the Philippine Regulatory Commission
- 5 years experience as a company nurse
- Knowledgeable in legal requirements and compliances (DOH, etc.)
- Experienced in providing medical attention including first-aid treatments
- Trained in occupational safety and health (OSH)
- Knowledgeable in ISO management systems (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018) is an advantage but not required
Responsibilities
- Administer first-aid treatments, and provide medications as needed
- Assist all injured employees, and coordinate for hospitalization if needed
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records of employees
- Ensure that sick employees submit a “fit to work” certificate upon returning to work
- Schedule and assist annual medical examinations of all employees
- Maintain a healthy supply/inventory of medicines and medical supplies every month
- Initiate, conduct, or supervise Health & Wellness programs
- Assist the company physician and/or company dentist as they attend to patients’ needs
- Ensure compliance to regulations and legal requirements (e.g., DOH, etc.)
- Manage and operate the company clinic (medical supplies, equipment, etc.)
