We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Sr. Bancassurance Sales Executive-Bataan,Olongapo,Angeles,Guagua,San Fernando. For those of you who live in Zambales (Olongapo City), Pampanga (Angeles City) & Bataan (Balanga City) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, BPI-AIA Life Assurance Corp., and able to under a full time working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Sales/Marketing & Sales - Financial Services with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱20,000 - ₱25,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for offering product solutions on financial needs of BPI customers.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cross-sell and upsell BPI-Philam products to BPI customers
- Establish, maintain and grow good relations with bank partners in the branch, and prospective and existing clients of BPI
- Provide excellent customer service and aftersales service to clients of BPI
- Prepare, submit, and analyze sales reports on a regular basis
- Attend weekly meetings with bank parts and Bancassurance Area Managers for production updates and marketing campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- With at least 2 Years SOLID SALES EXPERIENCE and CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT Experience in any industry (background in Insurance is a plus)
- Has excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (both oral and written)
- Has proven track record of achieving sales target with supporting documentation (Certification and Awards) consistently for at least a year.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
