We are hiring for the position of SR. BANCASSURANCE SALES EXCECUTIVE (ANGELES, MALABON, GUAGUA, BALANGA, OLONGAPO) with full time working hours for our company office, BPI-AIA Life Assurance Corp., for residents of Pampanga (Angeles City), Bataan (Balanga City), Zambales (Olongapo City) & Malabon City and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Sales/Marketing & Sales - Financial Services and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱20,000 - ₱25,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position is responsible for offering product solutions on financial needs of BPI customers.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cross-sell and upsell BPI-Philam products to BPI customers
Establish, maintain and grow good relations with bank partners in the branch, and prospective and existing clients of BPI
Provide excellent customer service and aftersales service to clients of BPI
Prepare, submit, and analyze sales reports on a regular basis
Attend weekly meetings with bank parts and Bancassurance Area Managers for production updates and marketing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree holder
With at least 2 Years SOLID SALES EXPERIENCE and CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT Experience in any industry (background in Insurance is a plus)
Has excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (both oral and written)
Has proven track record of achieving sales target with supporting documentation (Certification and Awards) consistently for at least a year.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
