We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of HR Employee Relation Supervisor. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. To be the overall in charge of making sure that due process is being followed in an administrative hearing.
  2. Complete staff work and documentary requirements in conducting admin hearings/investigations and serving to employee appropriate disciplinary actions.
  3. To evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, conduct investigations, and recommend to management appropriate disciplinary actions.

SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or other relevant Management
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience in human resources, employee relations, or a related field is usually required.
  • A strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR policies. This includes knowledge of labor laws, employee rights, discrimination, harassment, and other legal aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills to deal with sensitive situations, so the ability to resolve conflicts and address employee grievances in a fair and diplomatic manner is vital.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in identifying root causes and implementing strategies to prevent similar issues in the future.
  • A strong sense of empathy and the ability to understand and relate to employees’ concerns and perspectives.
  • Has the ability to maintain detailed records of investigations, meetings, and outcomes which is essential for legal compliance and future reference.
  • Demonstrates ethical conduct and maintains confidentiality to build trust with employees.

To give a short background, BWSI is a private water utility offering water supply and distribution to 80 franchises in municipalities and subdivisions in the provinces of Pampanga, Bulacan, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Benguet, Laguna, Batangas, Zambales, Mindoro, Bohol, Davao, Zamboanga and Iloilo. The company was established in 1958 by the Porac family in Brgy Balibago in Angeles City and Brgy. Dau in Mabalacat, Pampanga. In 1998, a group of investors led by Michael Escaler and Cristino Panlilio bought BWSI from the Santos family and expanded the business throughout Central Luzon and most recently the Visayas.

Today, BWSI provides running water to more than 200,00 households throughout its franchise areas. BWSI works closely with the National Water Resources Board (NWRB) in the pursuit of improving potable water supply in the countryside which is likewise one of the priority goals of the national government. The NWRBconsiders BWSI the largest and most efficiently operated provincial privately owned waterworks system in the country. The awarding and granting of franchises were made possible by BWSI’s outstanding reputation of being able to deliver the best water service possible

On Corporate Social Responsibility, BWSI supervises, en gratis, the 3H Grant Waterworks project of the Rotary Club of Makati. The 3H programme of Rotary International seeks to provide service to the needy through non-profit ventures addressing humanitarian, health and hunger needs. Through BWSI’s support, the project has been able to sustain itself and even grow from one branch to two branches. It is currently serving more than 1,00 low income families in Pampanga and Tarlac.
