Canon Business Machines (Philippines), Inc. (CBMP) is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Canon, Inc. of Japan. This facility, which sits on a 33-hectare land area, manufactures laser beam printers that are shipped 100% for export to Canon customers worldwide. CBMP is a PEZA export enterprise that is located at First Philippine Industrial Park in Tanauan City, Batangas. After it started its commercial operations back in 2013, the company has gradually expanded its scope of operations accommodating the manufacture of new printer models of Canon and HP brand. In 2018, the Company employs a strong 4,300 workforce and counting. Every year since 2016, CBMP has consistently received outstanding investor awards from PEZA as outstanding employer and for its remarkable contributions to the environment and the local community.
