QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of any bachelor’s degree; graduate of Customs Administration is an advantage.
- With 1-2 years related working experience in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT & Word).
- Good communication skills.
- Licensed Customs Broker is encouraged to apply.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Knowledgeable in handling logistics function.
- Check and prepare payment request for insurance, truck and spot manpower requests.
- Arrange manpower requests for spot shipments.
- Check Business Partner screening and item classification requests.
- Conduct monthly critical fixed asset & non-fixed asset inventory.
- Prepare monthly STCO reports, and cost reconciliation report.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly 3PL performance evaluation summary.
