In 2012, the company started to manage bigger projects and collaborate with real estate developers for low to mid-rised residential projects. Gemwealth Construction offers various services which range from general construction services, home renovation and specific construction scope of works such as masonry, carpentry works, plumbing, painting, electrical and roofing works. We also do design and build which includes permitting and are also capable of materials facilitation due to our current roster of suppliers to ensure project completion.
