Gemwealth Constructionbegan its work since 2011when a noble man decided to put up his own construction business focusing on supplies and project management. In 2012, the company started to manage bigger projects and collaborate with real estate developers for low to mid-rised residential projects. The company is doing well, however, there are certain limitations into the type and amount of project that the company can manage. As part of its growth strategy and altered focus, GEMWEALTH is planning on changing its charter from a Single A Contractor to Triple AAA category. This will allow the company to agreater access to investment funds to fuel its growth.

Gemwealth Construction offers various services which range from general construction services, home renovation and specific construction scope of works such as masonry, carpentry works, plumbing, painting, electrical and roofing works. We also do design and build which includes permitting and are also capable of materials facilitation due to our current roster of suppliers to ensure project completion. We have worked with Large Corporations offering a wide array of our services.
