We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Store Officer in our company, Siam Direct Trading (SDTC) Corporation. For candidates who reside in Laguna (Calamba City) & Laguna (Sta. Rosa City) and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales and possess a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱13,000 - ₱14,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receive orders placed directly by customers, from Account Specialists or other relay stations
2. Encode all orders in the sales monitoring sheet and coordinate delivery
3. Closely coordinate stocks availability and delivery schedule with the Logistics Officer
4. Monitor and advised customer / Accounts Specialists the status of orders / deliveries as necessary
5. Prepare all necessary documents for deliveries (e.g. DR, Waybill, etc.)
6. Prepare sales invoice and counter receipt as needed
7. Check and endorse delivery documents to Accounting Dept.
8. Consolidate and prepare Monthly Sales Report
9. Coordinate collection related matters with Accounts Specialists and Accounting Dept
10. Prepare documented quotation and sends copy to customers
11. Organize and act as custodian of all work related files
12. Can service walk in sales
13. Can conduct telesales activities as needed
14. Maintain harmonious relationship with his/her dept and other dept as well
15. Assist in company sponsored activities as may be assigned
16. Extend working time whenever needed
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
