I. JOB OBJECTIVE:
Under the direct supervision of the Legal Compliance Supervisor, responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
II. JOB SPECIFICATION:
- College Graduate of BS Business Administration, Law or any related course;
- With minimum of 4 years working experience in manufacturing company as General Affairs Staff handling Legal Compliance role;
- Knowledgeable in legal compliance requirements and procedures, industry processes and regulations;
- Highly analytical with strong attention to details and with excellent organizational skills;
- Very Good Oral and Written Communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent in Planning, Organizing, Supervisory skills;
- Willing to assign in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna and can start immediately.
II. EXPECTED PERFORMANCE
- Provide and submit timely, accurate Legal Compliance Documents and Reports.
- Provide timely and accurate resolution to all company and government and issues.
- Participate and support company related improvement activities. > 100 % compliance on Company Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies.
