- Graduate of any four-year business related course.
- Assist HR Assistant, Sr. HRAd Supervisor and HRAd Manager.
- Maintain employee 201 records and filing.
- Monitor office supply inventories.
- Answer phone calls and basic employee inquiries.
- Store, copy and scan documents.
- Issuance and distribution of necessary items/documents to employees.
- Publish job ads on different job platforms.
- Assist recruitment on scheduling interviews and venues.
- Application of LGU permits for newly hired employees.
- Employee reporting to PhilHealth (ER2).
- Prepare ad-hoc reports whenever necessary.
- Perform other related task as needed.
- With high business work ethics.
- Good in English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Computer literate, skilled in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Keen to details.
- Can start ASAP.
