We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Assistant Leasing Manager. For those of you who live in Batangas and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Aboitiz Infracapital, Inc., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Assistant Leasing Manager is in charge of signing tenants to the Commercial Business Unit (CBU) projects and ensuring to hit the long-term and short-term occupancy and leasing revenue budget. The Assistant Leasing Manager will generate leads, contact potential clients,draft lease
offers, negotiate and sign new tenant accounts. The post will be involved in conceptualizing, developing and creating strategies, policies, projects and procedures that will increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of the malls and other CBU projects. He/She will also review, analyze, propose and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts. The position requires collaboration with different teams like Property Management, Finance, Marketing, Lease Admin and Operations to ensure the success of the projects and includes but not limited to administrative tasks and assisting tenants in resolving tenant-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization/Identification of mall/tenant mix.
- Lead Generation (through different approach such as cold call, emails, roadshow, existing network etc.), Project Presentation, Set Meetings and Site Visits and signing of accounts.
- Assessment of Prospects & Concepts.
- Proposal of terms and flexibility (Check if within Budget).
- Approval of Additional Requests (Technical, Contract Terms)
- Drafting of Lease Offer, Negotiation and Signing of Lease Offer.
- Collation of Leasing Requirements and collection of deposits.
- Coordination with different teams to address and deliver prospects’ requirements.
- Administrative tasks (drafting of offers and presentations, database and leasing monitoring, reports)
Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Communications, Retail, Property Development/Real Estate Management or any related course.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in the field of leasing (preferably mall), real estate, retail, sales and marketing or any related work preferably with experience and network in big malls in the Philippines.
