To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Building/Construction & Property/Real Estate, we Aboitiz Infracapital, Inc., are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as tenant management officer and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Batangas and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of commercial development projects with a goal of hitting the short-term and long-term budget. The position requires collaboration with different teams which includes Property Management, Finance, Marketing and Leasing to ensure the success of the projects. Proper implementation of commercial guidelines to ensure that all Tenants are compliant. To monitor and oversee different aspects of the Contracts or Agreements, its purpose and process.
- Ensures that the annual and project budgets are hit.
- Oversees that the properties are well maintained to ensure customers and tenants are satisfied and safe.
- Works with Leasing Team to make sure that the occupancy budget and revenue are hit and that the concepts and tenant mix are ideal.
- Ensures that the tenants open on time and egress properly.
- Manages tenant concerns, queries, complaints and ensure that these are resolved.
- Assists the accounting team in making sure that the tenants pay on-time and correctly.
- Guide the Lease Admin Officer the overall process in terms of Contract execution and other administrative tasks.
- Produce timely and accurate reports (internal and external):
– Monthly Metrics
– Monthly POS Report for billing
– Semiannual submission of Lessee Information Sheet (LIS) to BIR (in coordination with Tax Dept.)
Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience in mall operations and tenant relations.
- With working experience in Commercial Leasing / Lease Administration, or any other related work.
