LOTRIM CONSTRUCTION, INC. is a family-owned and family-run construction corporation that has been in operation since 1996.Lotrim Construction, Inc. started as sole proprietorship and grew as a business under the capable leadership of its founder.

Today, the business is stable with a steady stream of construction projects, primarily in government projects, such as the building of roads, schools and buildings.

NOTE:

The Company office is currently located at G/F LCI Bldg. II, 100 Roxas Avenue, Davao City. However, the Company is due to move to its new office located at LCI Bldg. III, Km. 8 C.P. Garcia Hwy. (Diversion Road), Cabantian, Buhangin, Davao City within the year.

We hope to build and expand our business by investing in our people, creating more job opportunities and growth.We hope to take advantage of technology and advancements and develop new methodologies to enhance efficiency in the workplace and in the delivery of services.
