Our company LOTRIM CONSTRUCTION, INC. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Davao del Sur (Davao City) & Davao del Sur (Others) and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of accounting staff and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱12,000 - ₱16,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Performs reconciliations, analyses, and prepares journal entries and various reports for all Company accounts, except payroll. Performs other accounting duties and reporting for various external sources. Assists with monthly and annual general ledger closings, the annual financial audit and various accounting duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares and reconciles general ledger data entries such as daily bank deposits, including bank running, etc.
- Process purchase order, job orders / service orders for the Company
- Coordinate and process orders with suppliers and vendors
- Processes payments to suppliers, contractors and third-party consultants
- Maintain records of vendors, suppliers and contractors
- Periodic inventory of Company supplies, materials and equipment
- Prepares and processes billings and payment to vendors, suppliers and/or contractors
- Prepares billings and statement of accounts for utility payments for customers and/or tenants
- Receives utility payments and charges
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment of utilities and/or rentals, if applicable
- Maintains accounting files, records and checks and verifies and enters data into the accounting database
- Perform routine clerical duties such as sorting, organizing records, bills, mails and other documents
- Assist the front desk as needed in the inventory of supplies, materials and equipment
- Provide additional reports and services as requested by the Accounting Associate, Accounting and/or Chief Administrative Officer
- Various other duties and tasks as the Management may require
