We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of ₱17,000 - ₱18,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Responsibilities:
- Should be familiar with “Stampli” but not required.
- Bookkeeping task includes complete data entry, monitor collecting transactions, tracking debits and maintaining and monitoring financial records. Will also assist in invoices, payroll, and basic file tax returns.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Manage balance sheets.
Qualifications:
- Good Communication Skills both Oral and Written
- Fluent in the English Language with Neutral Accent
- Trustworthy and can keep Confidential task with the highest integrity
- Highly Organized and can do multi-tasking and has a strong Bookkeeping and Accounting experience.
- Careful and Diligent and great attention to details
- Can keep track and manage documents and follow a step-by-step process
- Preferably with Virtual Assistant Experience is a plus
Work Location and Schedule:
- This is a work-from-office role
- Able and willing to work in shifting schedules (including night shift)
- Must also be amenable to work from our offices in Davao City.
