We are hiring for the position of BPO Project Management Office Manager with full time working hours for our company office, Conectys Philippines, Inc., for residents of Davao del Sur (Davao City) & Davao del Sur (Others) and its neighboring areas.
Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱90,000 - ₱120,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Role:
The Project Management Office Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, continuously improving, and efficiently coordinating all the activities of assigned projects and subordinate staff in order to achieve the objectives set at the highest quality standards, respecting the contractual obligations arising from the partnership agreements, ensuring that the services delivered meet both customer requirements and Conectys standards.
Within your role, you will:
-Responsible for planning, organizing, prioritizing, coordinating and for controlling all the activities within the assigned project(s) and the active staff within them, ensuring a link between the project team and the client’s requirements, updating daily progress in related reports and pursuing activities in accordance with the agreed plan / strategy;
-Proactive partner with account(s) stakeholders to drive the vision and values of the company and of the client at team level
Ensure accurate and proactive client communication process and takes part in escalating and resolving issues.
-Regularly checks the usefulness and effectiveness of the rules, procedures, established workflows, defined processes and tools used as to enable the entire organization to reach and exceed the established operational objectives.
-Reports qualitative and quantitative KPIs of account performances after generating and implementing plans to improve the performance of the results and processes
-Ensure a high level of account’s partners satisfaction by an efficient communication and complies with contractual obligations arising from partnership agreements.
-Ensure maximizing revenue and margin at the account level, accurate invoicing and can present forecasts on request
What will make you successful for the role:
-Minimum of 3 years of managerial position in the BPO Industry
-Experience in account management specializing in various areas (Contact Center, back-office support, inbound/outbound voice or non-voice account, chat support, email support)
-Bachelor’s Degree
-A C1 English spoken level and C1 English written level
-With COPC training and certification Training or practical experience with Lean or Six Sigma Title as Business Excellence Manager
