Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Corporate Recruitment Specialist (Onboarding). For those of you who live in Pasig City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Transcom Worldwide (Philippines), Inc., and able to work under full time system.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Objective:

  • He/she must be able to conduct and perform the end-to-end process in Corporate Recruitment: From Candidate sourcing to Onboarding.
  • As the first point of contact between applicants and the hiring manager, Recruitment Specialists screen applicants before moving their applications forward. To screen applicants, Recruitment Specialists review application material, read resumes and cover letters, and conduct screening tests, among others
  • His/her main duties include providing support to the Recruitment department scheduling and organizing interviews with potential candidates.
  • A Recruitment Specialist performs data entry to input and updates applicant information in the candidate database.
  • The recruitment Specialist is responsible in assisting the Recruitment Manager in stakeholder management
  • Recruitment Specialists must explain requirements and duties to candidates, screen candidates, and maintain a good relationship with employees, employers, and candidates
  • They uphold confidentiality when handling applicant information.
  • Ensure that all the necessary paperwork is filed and that application forms are completed and processed
  • That all pre-employment documents and requirements are properly processed, collected, and completed for 201 Management.
  • Requires performing administrative functions of HR, a good understanding of HR documentation and processes, with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Support and Manage Recruitment Trackers and Dashboard Reports
  • To ensure that all candidates receive a friendly and consistent service

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct sourcing and screening of candidates based on candidate profile vs. job description
  2. Evaluates and examine the skills and competencies of candidates 
  3. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  4. Prepare, Request and Present job offers to identified candidates
  5. Preparing contracts and communicating all onboarding documents to new employees
  6. Process Background and Criminal Record Checks; Schedules Pre-employment Medical Exam (PEME) of candidates
  7. Maintains and tracks requirements of newly on-boarded employees; manage 201 records
  8. Handle and Manage Pre-employment documentation such as:
  • Audit and Checking of Pre-employment requirements
  • Submission of Proof of Government Statutory Requirements
  • Monitor and Updating of PEME, BI, ECN and Salary Recommendation Trackers 
  • ATM Payroll application
  1. Work with the team to achieve goals and hiring requirements
  2. Handles Onboarding of New Hires:
  • To be the go-to contact for the candidate from when they are recruited to when they start in their new role
  • Conducts orientation to new hires, briefing them of their functions as well as descriptions of the campaign or department where they will be assigned
  1.  Process Purchase Orders / Requests for Recruitment Vendors
  2. Consistently adhere to company policies and code of conduct

Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build trusting relationships with potential hires
  • Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring accounts
  • Performs other related tasks from time to time
  • Assist in contacting applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Prepares daily and weekly reports based on function and need

Job Specifications (Qualifications, Skills and Experience)

  • Preferably Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work-related experience
  • Above average communication skills in written and oral English
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Achieve goals and targets 
  • Consistently demonstrate behaviors emulating Transcom values
  • Consistently adhere to company policies and code of conduct
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) is an advantage
  • Ability to work in teams, as well as work on their own with minimal supervision
  • Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”
