We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Scope: The QA Specialist will be in charge of the Plant GMP and Pest Control, all Analytical laboratories, Regulatory Audit and documentation, Product and Process Validation, Sampling and inspection, encoding, and laboratory cleaning.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the schedule of equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance and ensure validation of analytical test methods for different production lines
- Develop, maintain, and sustain good laboratory practices. Review and validate correction and corrective action based on Good Laboratory Practices.
- Establish programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
- Authorized to create and issue Quality Deviation Reports and follow-up correction and corrective actions once resolved.
- In charge on compliance, registration, certification, and approval of OFI processes, products, and processes from different government and religious bodies like BFAD, PNP, PDEA, etc
- Conduct orientation and technical training on Pest Control, cGMP policy, procedures, SOPs, HACCP, and 5S. Initiate CCAR if there is a finding for non-conforming activity and identify for implementation correction and corrective action.
- Spot checks critical operating parameter conditions for performance to manufacture specification, as needed.
- Lead Internal audit and train members of the audit team. Responsible for closure of internal and external audits, particularly in identifying findings, analyzing the most probable root causes implementing correction and corrective actions, and verifying them as Closed findings
- Spearhead Food Safety and HACCP Meetings, preparation, consolidation, and distribution of minutes of the meeting. Responsible for verification and validation of new processes, products, and plant implementations for HACCP reviews.
- Conduct Pest Control audit inspection at OFI Commissary Plant and generate a report
- Responsible for third-party IPM Supplier performance evaluation, assisting and coordinating pest activities such as fumigation, fogging, spraying, and application of chemicals, pesticides, and other pest control supplies and the like.
- Collect and generate Pest control reports and trends, complete audit report
- Spearhead on validating commissioning, new products, raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and process system.
- Record keeping in technical transfer from RND to Operational translation of Batch Master Record includes Product brief and product specification.
- Responsible for sampling, inspection, and tagging of incoming raw and packaging materials, labeling status of all materials stored at the warehouse thus including incoming and outgoing products.
- Inspects the incoming delivery vehicle, appearance, and temperature condition of the raw and packaging materials upon receipt.
- Checks the packaging materials and ensures that it conforms with the incoming material specification prior to acceptance. Accomplish RM & PM acceptance form for filing.
- Manages retention areas and ensures that retained samples are organized and easy to retrieve.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- At least 2 Year(s) experience in food processing and meat manufacturing.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Good background/knowledge in GMP/HACCP and food safety standards
- Knowledge in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Good background in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis.
