The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱12,000 - ₱15,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

- Conduct client Interview and maintain contact and good client-developer relationship.
- Create, update and maintain filing of client requirements.
- To monitor and follow up progress of status of unit processed thru PAG-IBIG Fund and Bank/s.
- To coordinate with accounting, with the monitoring of client payment status and confirmation of loanable amount.
- To monitor and follow up progress of documents, loan releases, permits, and requirements needed for each housing unit.
- To report to management updates of documentations and to make recommendations and suggestions as needed for faster processing of PAG-IBIG takeout proceeds.
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree related to Business/ Administration/ Management/Accounting/Finance
- Pro-active and results-driven
- Can work under pressure
- Can deliver quality work even without close or micro-supervision
