In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

The E-Commerce Manager drives the growth of the E-Commerce business by enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfilment, technology and infrastructural plans
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform

- Managing and executing promotional campaigns

- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
*
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
*
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
*
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
Key Requirements
- College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in a similar role. Experience within digital marketing is a plus.
- Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8:00 am to 5:30 pm – Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
