We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of FINANCIAL PLANNING ASSISTANT in our company, UPSOURCE PTY LTD. For candidates who reside in Cebu (Cebu City) and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱35,000 - ₱50,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

  • Setting up client files and adding client data to the financial planning CRM such as XPLAN and/or Adviser Logic
  • Assisting financial planners in all areas of advice documentation preparation e.g SOA and ROA
  • Preparing and lodging forms with various investment platforms, insurance & superannuation companies
  • Assist with client review reporting
  • Assist with investment modelling scenarios
  • Preparing insurance premium quotes
  • Managing database in CRM system
  • Provide back-office administration and support

Job Requirements

  • Degree qualified
  • Experience with using XPLAN
  • Experience with assisting financial planners all areas
  • Experience with preparing SOA and ROA
  • At least 2 years of relevant Australian working experience preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
