Job Scope:
- As the HR Admin Supervisor, you are responsible for performing human resources duties under minimal supervision and coordination with the HR Department in the Head Office. You will work hand in hand with the HR team in carrying out activities and projects in the branch assigned while closely working with the store manager to align activities with operations.
- As the HR Admin Supervisor, you are responsible for the implementation of human resources programs to ensure manpower availability and stability covering the following areas:
- talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing,
- Training and development, records management,
- Employee relations and retention,
- Completing personnel transactions.
- Provide operations support services to every department to ensure smooth daily store transactions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Human Resource Development Management, Business Administration, Psychology or its related courses.
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned in LOPEZ QUEZON PROVINCE
