The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for providing general assistance to the District Human Resource Officer on the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office in the assigned district/area. He/ She handles execution and implementation of the administration of Human Resources processes and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related course
- Registered Psychometrician is an advantage
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in human resources
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge in general human resources policies and procedures
- Knowledge in employment/labor laws
- Knowledge in HRIS system is an advantage
- Proficient in computer operations, specifically MS applications
