Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Management Trainee (Dreams Fulfillment Officer) - (Bukidnon, Lanao, Misamis). The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Dreams Fulfillment Officer is responsible for the growth of branch sales through dealer recruitment, execution of intentional activities, training, and coaching of new and existing dealers.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- With experience in any of the following fields would be an advantage – direct selling, sales, FMCG, retail, telco, or merchandising.
- Preferably with 1 year of experience specializing in sales – retail/general or equivalent.
- Preferably with recruiting, training, and people management experience.
- Must be open to conducting field work to help the branch widen their network of dealers.
- Good in customer service, people management, sales oriented, flexible, highly motivated individual and computer literate.
- Willing to undergo PCDSI management training program for six weeks.
- Willing to be assigned in either of our branches located in Bukidnon, Misamis or Lanao
